Our advisory on ICO&STO projects

Cooperation with our law firm in this regard has three crucial stages:

Consultations

You approach us with an idea for an ICO/STO offering. We perform a test of the planned collection and match the most appropriate tokens, in accordance with the guidelines. Defining the value, the method of distribution, and choosing the type of the offering will be an important step of the process. During a meeting like this, we often discuss the ground rules for the project – what can be done and what is not worth doing. During the meeting, we support you with our expertise, backed by the experience of previous offerings. We are eager to answer any questions you might have. It’s important to us that you are aware of how the process looks like and are convinced that the decisions you take are the right ones.

Project building

If you do decide to go ahead with the offering – we will start preparing the Prospectus. Its provisions are drawn up in accordance with the information you provide us with. You can rest assured that the Prospectus will be endorsed by the solid legal expertise of our employees. The Prospectus we prepare includes AML and KYC procedures. Furthermore, we will help you establish a company in the selected country (if you do not have one already), which will be the entity launching the offering.

Accounting

Accurate settlement of the raised capital is equally, or even more important, than the offering itself. Keep in mind that the funds should be used as intended in the Prospectus. From the issuer’s point of view, the proper classification and identification of the raised funds in the accounts will be important during the first stage. The report closing the offering should be communicated to all involved parties.

The settlement does not end with recording the income in the accounting books. In accordance with the accounting regulations of the country concerned, while providing bookkeeping services for the issuer, we will also keep track of periodic payments to the investors, such as the dividend or other financial benefits. All reports will be delivered to the relevant Commercial Register and tax office.
