VAT registrations

VAT registrations – in Estonia, the obligation to register for VAT only arises when the company achieves sales revenues of more than EUR 40,000 within a calendar year. In order to register as a VAT payer with the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, you must submit your application no later than three working days after the date on which your tax liability arose. Obviously, it is also possible to register for VAT voluntarily at the very beginning of a company’s activity. As part of our accounting services, we then submit the appropriate application on behalf of the client, together with the grounds for the application. The standard decision time is up to 5 working days.

Tax returns

Tax returns – Every entrepreneur is required to submit a TSD return, which includes payment of income tax and a social tax return. If the company is VAT-registered, it must additionally submit a value-added tax return, which is naturally provided as part of Thompson&Stein’s accounting services.

Annual reports

Annual reports – In Estonia, there is an obligation to prepare and submit an annual report to the Commercial Register.
